Christy Molasky was born a Jersey girl who grew up in Oklahoma where she began professionally singing in her family's restaurant the Fox and Horn. Singing alto to first soprano, pure talent and a powerful vocal range of three octaves took Christy across the globe to Las Vegas, New Orleans, Atlantic City, the Northwest and as far away as Asia.
Christy has performed at Las Vegas venues such as the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel, The Mint, Union Plaza, Pieros and the Sahara Hotel now known as the SLS Las Vegas. Christy has had the privilege to sing with Vincent Falcone and the opportunity to perform the National Anthem for the NFR and The UNLV Running Rebels on several occasions.
More than a showstopper, Christy is a graduate of University of Nevada/Las Vegas (UNLV) and earned a full scholarship towards her MBA from Northeastern University in Boston. She’s a mother, a leader in the local community, and a passionate sponsor of education and the arts.
Solo, accompanied by friends & family, or with The Shoutouts, you can enjoy Christy singing and performing a variety of music from country, rock, classical, religious, blues, to standards. Christy is well-known for her solos in the Temple Ner Tamid choir and she especially likes to blend her passions by setting the stage at benefits and charity events like ones honoring Las Vegas Sheriff Joe Lombardo, JDRF, Planned Parenthood, Anti-Defamation League, and Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
The Nevada School of the Arts for Music is soon acknowledging Christy’s love for performing arts and music by honoring her with The Encore Award. Past recipients are celebrated Strip entertainers recognized for their talent and their educational and philanthropic work in our community.
